10 September
Another day of enjoying paradise.
Morning was spent catching up on emails, blogging etc, sitting up in one of the shelters overlooking the bay with the generator humming quietly in the background to give us the power.
There is no-one else at the camp site except for an American couple who are staying in one of the shelters. The shelters are just bits of tin with flooring of cement slabs. They have a little tent on the floor of their slab. The shower block and toilets on the site leave much to be desired. The only thing going for the place is the beautiful beach. The couple are living and working up on the Peninsular as he is doing his PHD in Anthropology and this is the only accommodation they could find!
The afternoon spent relaxing on the beach and in the ocean at the swimming beach. We couldn’t go into the water near the campsite as there are rocks there and also a croc.
